Thyme is commonly known as a wonderfully smelling culinary herb. Still, it has many medicinal properties as well.  It can be grown as a perennial cold hardy herb in zones 4-9 (AKA creeping thyme). Many cultures drink thyme tea before or after meals for its disinfecting properties, to boost immunity, and to prevent infections. It has many other benefits when taken regularly, including boosting your mood and helping to alleviate coughs, yeast infections, and certain types of acne. This extract is non-alcoholic and safe for children.
 
Ingredients: Thyme (Thymus serpyllum), vegetable glycerin, distilled water.
 
Properties: Antibacterial, insecticidal, antifungal, respiratory support, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-microbial, anti-tumor.
