Lavender is one of the herbs that every medicine cabinet needs.  Lavender has a lovely taste and scent and is safe for the entire family.  Lavender tincture can be taken directly under the tongue, added to your favorite tea, or applied directly to the skin.  
Other treatment applications include; steam inhalations and aromatherapy.
