This is a wonderful adaptogenic and Immune boosting tea for fall and winter health. This recipe is from herbalist Sarah Farr and is one of my favorite tea blends year-round, though it is especially good in the fall. It has a chai-like taste and is smooth with a light fragrance. It is a general tonic for multiple organ systems.
Each package makes 25-30 cups of tea.
Combine 3 Tbsp of tea with 4 cups of water in a lidded saucepan. Slowly bring to a simmer. Simmer for at least 30 minutes.
Ingredients: Reishi mushroom, dandelion root, burdock root, fennel, ginger, chaga mushroom, cinnamon, astragalus, and clove.
